- Microsoft Launches The Foundry- At the Foundry, student developers and designers will spend twelve weeks this summer building apps for Microsoft’s exciting new operating system – Windows 8. Student teams will have access to great technical training, coaches and mentors from across Microsoft, and some of the coolest hardware and technology around.
