Boston Tech: Start-up Panel Discussion

Description: We will be inviting 5 local start-ups to take place in a 2-part event on the Boston Start-Up Community. The first part will allow Founders/members of each start-up will have approximately 10 minutes to introduce themselves and talk about their start-up. On top of the start-up panelists, we plan on inviting local influential entrepreneurs to join the panel and answer questions. Confirmed start-ups:

Web Start Women - Project Night

Description: You've been asking for it so here it is, Web Start Women's first Project Night! Bring your laptop, current project(s), and prepare to make some progress!

Reasons why you should do this:

  • It's the perfect excuse to get away from it all (other work, family, the laundry) and hack.
  • You'll meet other women who are coding and creating awesome stuff.
  • It's an opportunity to practice some of the skills you've been picking up if you've taken some of our classes.
  • Brain exchange: you can ask your neighbor for help on a bug or teach a n00b how to do something you've mastered.
  • Have non-technical work to do? Need a sounding board? Looking for feedback? You're welcome too!
