TiE Boston - How to Build Your Start Up from the Heart - TiE LaunchPad Workshop Part 2 - By Bill Warner
This is the part - 2 of the workshop series.
Entrepreneurs get lots of advice about how and what to do. This advice is usually based on creating product/market fit.
This workshop is about a different dimension: how to design your company to be the perfect conduit for your ability to help your people.
Most mentoring, workshops or seminars for entrepreneurs is focused on "how to" e.g., validating an idea, understanding the market, developing a product, managing legal matters, hiring teams, raising funding, promoting a product etc.
There are no organized, public opportunities for entrepreneurs to understand "why of" – why we're taking these huge risks, why do we care about what we are doing and who we are trying to help. Bill Warner's co-flow methodology helps early stage entrepreneurs discover and articulate their intentions.
Bill Warner, in thinking about his own experiences (in particular, the contrast between building Avid and Wildfire), has developed a powerful set of concepts that can help an entrepreneur better understand their own intentions, and ultimately follow the call of their heart, and build hugely successful businesses. The way Google, Twitter and Facebook did it.
Bill Warner will be running this workshop series in partnership with TiE-Boston to help early stage entrepreneurs develop their critical thinking over 2 workshops with a selective and small group of entrepreneurs
