It's the simple equation every entrepreneur knows: if your customers are happy, you stay in business. But the other part of that equation is: what makes for a happy customer? Great User Experience = Happy Customers will explore the ways in which user experience impacts technology products, including user adoption, word of mouth, and competitiveness.

Looking at the user experience as far as your applications's interface only tells half the story, so we'll look at the complete picture of UX as only startups can address it, from development teams that talk directly to beta users to customer service managed by the CEO. This event will look at how to develop a user-friendly product, how to get honest feedback on customers' experiences, and how to make anything you sell, from software to hardware and even services, deliver a great customer experience and keep your customers happy.
