One of Boston's greatest resources is its talented and diverse student population. The following student leaders have agreed to make their contact information public so that people looking to reach out to entrepreneurial students at their schools are better able to. Please feel free to reach out to them individually with a clear purpose in mind. They will follow up as they feel appropriate.
Babson College
John Capecelatro is from upstate NY, more specifically the city of Utica. He is studying technology, entrepreneurship, and design. He made the leap into the startup scene in the fall of last year, looking for an exciting and creative way to focus my passion on solving problems and working on awesome projects. Aside from his startup interests, he's a big foodie and amateur chef. He's currently an associate at Techstars and Co-Founder of Boston Startup School. Email: [email protected]
Boston College
Karn Khunger is a recent startup and tech enthusiast. Originally a political junkie, he has now made the switch to more exciting times. He is a sophomore at Boston College, studying Finance, Economics, and Operations. He is a member of Boston College Venture Competition Executive Board. Eduardo de la Garza Sanchez is a undergraduate international student from Monterrey, México studying International Relations and International Management. He is also an organizing member of the Boston University Entrepreneurship Club. Gabriel de Selding is an undergraduate student at Boston University studying business and is particularly interested in Entrepreneurship and Law. Originally From Paris, France, he has developed a strong interest in the startup world and community building since his arrival in Boston. Ishita Agrawal is from Westford, Massachusetts. She is pursuing her undergraduate degree at the School of Management at Boston University. She is planning on concentrating in the areas of Marketing and Entrepreneurship, along with a minor in Economics. Ishita is highly involved in various clubs and organizations at Boston University. She is involved in Entrepreneurship club, Marketing club, Dean's Host, and in the professional fraternity of Delta Sigma Pi. Justin Lau is an undergraduate business student from Washington, D.C. with an interest in tech startups, digital media, web design, and web development. He is also passionate about user experience and branding. Justin currently sits on the e-board of Boston University's Entrepreneurship Club and Digital Media Club, and is a Product Designer at RequestNow - a DJ song request platform. Cambria is a sophomore in the School of Management concentrating in Marketing and International Management and minoring in Spanish. She loves to bring creative, innovative solutions to work and everyday life. On campus, she's an active member of Alpha Kappa Psi, a premier professional business fraternity, and she is a co-director for the Entrepreneurship Council. She also serves as Master of Networking for a student-led consulting group for startups in Boston. Hikari Senju is an undergraduate student at Harvard University. He is involved in several tech startups including Beat Communication Co. (the largest provider of social networking packages in Japan) and reachRISE (an online marketing company based in Cambridge). At Harvard he is on the board of Harvard College Venture Partners, as well as a member of HackHarvard. He is also part of the Harvard University's Digital Archive of Japan's 2011 Disasters Project. Juan Leung Li is a Kauffman Fellow Finalist and a second-year MBA student at Harvard Business School. At HBS, Juan is a student judge and mentor for the Startup Accelerator, the co-leader of the Startup Tribe, and VP of Startups and VCs for the TechMedia Club. His professional experience includes J.P. Morgan, where he focused on Technology, Media and Telecom companies, McGraw-Hill Education, where he focused on Education Technology companies, and High Peaks Venture Partners, where he focused on E-Commerce companies. Gabe Blanchet is a rising senior at MIT majoring in mechanical engineering with concentrations in both product design and entrepreneurship. He loves to meet other young students and recent graduates who are going to shape the future of our city, our country, and our world. Pursuing a degree in Entrepreneurship with a minor in Computer Science, Matt enjoys taking advantage of opportunities that head his way. Juliana Nazaré is an engineering student interested in affordable design and entrepreneurship. She is originally from Washington DC, but moved to Boston to study electrical and computer engineering at Franklin W. Olin College of Engineering. She started working with start-ups after her freshmen year when she interned for a start-up in Panjim, India. Jenna Demty is a Senior at Suffolk University studying Marketing and Entrepreneurship. She moved to Boston from Rhode Island and has since become an active member of the community. Jenna currently interns at MassChallenge and is the President for the Suffolk Entrepreneurs Club. She is looking to become more involved in the start-up world and make valuable connections with other students in the area.
