Our Permanent Desk space is located on the LEED Gold Certified main floor of the center, steps away from our conference rooms, document production center, and the kitchen.  Each workspace includes a desk, ergonomic chair, network port, power outlets, a three-drawer lockable file caddy, and three-tiered bookshelf.  All workspaces are situated in an open office environment, lacking walls but benefiting from comfortably apportioned space, plenty of natural light, and airflow from operational windows. Desks can be rented in a cluster for group work or as individuals.  As a result of our open floor plan and varied configuration of our desks, many types of nonprofit groups can make Space with a Soul their home.

Permanent residents have front desk receptionist services during business hours and 24×7 access to the Center. Permanent residents are welcome to use the Center as their permanent mailing address and have full use of conference rooms by reservation.  Most importantly, permanent residents enjoy the extensive benefits of our service provider matching program and the full-time support of Center staff.

Innovation Lab Space $300/month

Our Innovation Lab is a newly designed top floor loft space with contemporary design elements and architectural features that enable our residents to do more with less. This space is designed to offer accommodation to organizations interested in finding a professional, creative workspace outside the world of coffee shops and home offices, but lacking the budget or the need to commit to permanent space.

Workspace in the Innovation Lab is available from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. The workspace includes single desks and larger work tables, available on a first come, first serve basis. Our Innovation Lab includes five hours of conference room time per month by reservation.
