* Boynton Angels is a group of angel investors focused on investing in seed and expansion stage technology companies located within a two-hour radius of Worcester, Massachusetts. We believe that Central Massachusetts is rich in opportunities for economic growth with high technology companies, yet it is financially underserved.

* Target investments are in the life sciences, energy, transportation, communications and software. We hold a membership meeting each month (from September through June) where we hear from one or two pre-screened investment opportunities. We rely on our fellow members for expertise and due diligence, but each member makes an individual investment decision. We have a diciplined process for investment that we expect brings a higher opportunity for better returns on investments.
